Operating Instructions:
Charge unit for 3 hours by connecting to your PC or your AC outlet with included cable and USB AC adapter.
Insert Micro SD card into slot - Make sure it's inserted the correct way as indicated on the unit.
Slide On/Off switch to "On" position. Camera is now in stand-by mode
Press Record/Stop button for 2 seconds the lights will turn on. The camera is now in shooting mode.
Video - Slide Photo/Video switch to "Video" position, the right light will turn Orange. Press Record/Stop button once, the orange light will start blinking, to stop recording press Record/Stop button again, the orange light will stop blinking and turn to solid orange. (In a long recording session the device will automatically save file after 50 minutes and then continue recording)
Photo Mode - Slide Photo/Video switch to "Photo" position, the left light will turn Blue. To snap a picture press Record/Stop button once, the blue light will turn off for a moment and go back on. Repeat for additional photos.
Audio - Slide Photo/Video switch to "Photo" position, the left light will turn Blue. To record audio press Record/Stop button for 3 seconds, the blue light will start blinking, to stop recording press Record/Stop button again, the blue light will stop blinking and turn to solid blue.
Set Date and Time:
Connect the device to your PC.
Insert included CD into your PC Double-Click the WriteTime application, it will locate your device drive. Press Update, it will automatically set the date and time on the device according to your PC.

I had recently purchased this video recorder, with the hopes that it worked..... well it arrived/ I charged it up, inserted the card and switched it on.....the light came on- then I pressed record and another light started blinking slowly.... well walked around the house and recorded the cat, the dog and the kid...then placed the card in my card reader and WOW!!!! it worked!picks up sound nice, and video is great! it does have some "blur" when moving quickly, but it is small enough to place in a pocket,as designed, with the lens exposed- and yet no one notices it. I had it in my shirt pocket and walked around the local grocery stores, as well as the malls....got great video footage, and up close undetected video and sound recordings!I had tried those spy pens with the hopes of this type of results, but the spy pens never worked..this did...I since bought 3 more! gave away for christmas presents....everyone loves them. I was in doubt before I purchased- now I am happy to report it works great,functions great,and is able to be "stealthy" in a pocket, or.......holding with a cup of coffee.in low light situations....a steady hand is needed....i tried it at night-11pm at a gas station while filling up...standing still got great night footage...when turning quickly-is when i experianced the "blur"....but hey it is awesome...battery was charged once, and it remains working after 3 weeks! only suggestion i would give...is to charge it with a usb cable/or a charger for usb 5 volts...the small attachment that came with is a great idea/ but doesn't hold together too well...great product!and if it comes with a card....bonus!!!
